Payment & Insurance Information
At MindWell, we want the payment process to be as simple and transparent as possible—so you can focus on care, not paperwork.
Insurance:
MindWell is an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we’ll gladly provide you with an itemized receipt (a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that coverage varies by plan.
Reimbursement:
We encourage clients to contact their insurance company before scheduling to understand out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rates.
Payment Options:
To make care more accessible, we accept:
- CareCredit – allows flexible payment plans, up to six months interest-free (If not paid within 6 months, interest will accrue).
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – may be used for both therapy and testing services.
