Lynda Bruni is a native of San Jose, CA and received her education at California State University Northridge.
Supporting Silicon Valley high tech companies, Lynda gained early career experience as a company administrator and standardization specialist analyst. Early in her career Lynda fully embraced the calling to be a full time professional mom and career military spouse. During the child rearing years Lynda studied and became well-informed in the areas of educational learning disabilities. She possesses over twenty years’ experience performing as her three children’s educational advocate.
Since 2006 Lynda has worked as a Pro Bono Parent Dyslexia Advocate supporting multiple families with special education needs in Prince William and Fauquier School Districts. In January 2014 Lynda became active with DDVA (Decoding Dyslexia Virginia), organizing the first parent meeting for Prince William and Fauquier Counties. As Regional Leader she organizes monthly parent support meetings and represents DDVA initiatives at county and state levels. In 2015 Lynda accepted a Board Member position with the Allegro Community School of the Arts – Warrenton VA. She serves as Chair for Educational Seminars.
Lynda accepted a position with Mindwell Psychology in Chantilly VA, as a Clinical Coordinator in 2016. Lynda is married to the “boy next door”, her handsome groom of 29 years, Victor Bruni. They are proud parents of three wonderful grown children.
