Dr. Guadagnoli co-founded MindWell in 2004 and specializes in adult therapy and parent coaching. Dr. Guadagnoli has been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 15 years. After becoming a parent herself, she had a vision of developing a clinical practice where children and families could be treated with warmth, empathy and excellent clinical services.

Dr Guadagnoli’s training has been varied and includes developmental and child psychology as well as family therapy. Currently, her clinical interests include developmental issues in men and women throughout the lifespan. She is also interested in the impact of anxiety and depressive on marriage and the family system. She uses Mindfulness Training and believes that Yoga and Exercise have a great influence on an individual’s sense of well being, self-esteem and confidence.
