COVID-19 Precautions

We are following all CDC guidelines and requiring both the clinician and client to wear a face mask while testing. We have installed touchless trashcans and soap dispensers and have hand sanitizer in all the rooms. We are wiping down all testing materials, door knobs, and keyboards before and after each use. We have UV lights which help disinfect the offices and also have installed air purifiers in each office.

Scheduling

MindWell is getting a high volume of calls and email submissions. We are doing our best to get back with you in a timely manner but it may take 48-72 hours. Please also note that we do not contract with any insurance companies and thus would be an out of network provider for both therapy and testing services. We will provide itemized receipts for both but also be aware that educational testing is often not covered by medical insurance. We look forward to connecting with you.
