Ms. Lankford has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, emergency services, residential, crisis stabilization centers, and community settings. Not only has she provided direct care to individuals in these settings, she has also worked in administrative/Leadership roles for the past several years, giving her a unique clinical perspective and approach. She has extensive experience with risk assessment, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, as well as providing psychoeducation and support to clients and families experiencing crises. Ms. Lankford has also been providing clinical supervision toward licensure for masters-level clinicians seeking licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia for several years.
